CAD, flat. Half to book, half at handoff. Tool and AI costs go on your own accounts.

Same package. In return I write it up as a case study (with your OK) and ask for a short testimonial.

Who I am

I'm Shane. I've been building software and running engineering teams for 15+ years. At Tenstorrent I led a team of 8 engineers shipping production AI (RAG pipelines, LLM deployment, model serving).

Now I'm doing the same kind of work for small businesses here in the GTA, just smaller and faster. If you want to see some of what I build, LetsMCP and JobOS are two proof of concept tools I wrote and run myself.

Questions

Who owns it when you're done?

You do. It's built on your accounts, and you get the runbook so anyone can look after it.

What tools do you use?

Whatever you already have where possible: Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, plus Zapier, Make or n8n when it helps. AI usage gets billed to your own account.

What if it doesn't work?

It does what the scope doc says or I fix it. If I can't, you don't pay the second half.

What happens to my data?

It stays in your accounts. I don't take on health records or other regulated data.
